Globetrotting in Your Kitchen

When I started this blog, I named it Eat the Wind as an ode to travel but it also has everything to do with my love of food. In my travels, I’ve been fortunate enough to taste some incredible dishes whose flavors have been seared into my memory. Through trial and error, I’ve recreated them to the best of my abilities because I don’t know when I’ll be able to return to these places again.

Below is a collection of some of my favorite recipes using simple ingredients you can find in your kitchen or in the store. I hope they help inspire you to cook and eat your way around the globe!
