1salmon fillet or steak6 oz, patted dry with a paper towel
Sprinkle of salt & pepper
1teaspoonvegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 220℃ (425℉)
In a small bowl, mix the miso, mirin, honey and garlic together.
Place the salmon in a small baking pan. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on the salmon. Brush vegetable oil on the fish and pour the marinade over it.
Roast for 4 to 6 minutes per half-inch thickness of salmon. It will be cooked when it’s easily flaked. Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve with rice or salad.
