Tuna Salad with a Zing

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp red onions diced
  • 1 can tuna liquid drained
  • 4 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
  • ¼ cup cucumber seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Black cracked pepper to taste
  • Sriracha to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Taste and see if you need more mayo, salt or Sriracha.
  • Spoon onto the bread of your choice and enjoy!
  • You may even enjoy it on its own, with tortilla chips or mixed with your favorite pasta.
