can tuna
liquid drained

cherry tomatoes
cut into quarters

cucumber
seeded and diced

cup
shredded carrots

cilantro

mayonnaise
Black cracked pepper to taste
Sriracha to taste
optional
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Taste and see if you need more mayo, salt or Sriracha.
Spoon onto the bread of your choice and enjoy!
You may even enjoy it on its own, with tortilla chips or mixed with your favorite pasta.
